1 rating seems unfair when considering we don't work for UPS/FedEx shippers and have no control over how they may damage an item in transit. When items leave us, they are in new condition. When issue was brought to our attention we communicated to the buyer we would rush out a hardware kit and offered a discount for the hassle. Feedback rating should be based on seller controlled processes. UPS/FedEx carrier is our of our control. We can only try to offer solutions if issues arise.

Arrived exactly as described, disc fit perfect, seller did a good job sending it but, the P.O. screwed that up. Pd. 1/10 it Arrived Feb 1st. That sucked I missed out on some practice. Again shipping issue wasn't sellers fault.

Sorry about USPS. We shipped on 1/11 from Arizona warehouse, which to Texas shouldn't have taken more than 3 days. Looks like package sat in HOUSTON, TX USPS Destination Facility for over a week. I will submit a complaint with USPS, although that will most likely go nowhere. Thank you for your continued support.
