    Exact replacement

    Looks like an exact replacement of the OEM retainer. Note, turn the old broken one to the RIGHT (like you are screwing it in) to remove. I ended up breaking the old one more with a pair of pliers which did not appear to hurt the rest of the mount. However, a 1/8th twist to the right might have been a cleaner removal.
