    Die Ware wurde verspätet am Freitag, den 13.09.24, geliefert, anstatt am 09.-10.09.24. Der Verkäufer hat sich überhaupt nicht gemeldet. Das Mal- und Bastelset ist viel kleiner, als es auf dem Bild aussieht. Wäre mein 5-jähriges Enkelkind nicht in Tränen ausgebrochen, hätte ich es am liebsten zurückgeschickt. Denn für fast 25 Euro die ich dafür bezahlt habe ist es schon zu teuer. Ein Bild habe ich auch gemacht, mit meinem Hand daneben zum Vergleichen. Ich bin enttäuscht über den Verkäufer.

Die Firma COFI-LED ging sehr professionell mit der Situation um. Ohne große Diskussion hat uns COFI-LED ein kostenloses Rücksendeticket zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl das nicht in den Rücksendebedingungen vorgesehen ist. Das ist Benchmark!!!
