After purchase and receiving motor from this seller, I realized that brand is not Pentair & not 1.5 HP, but cheap China copy, that cost $200 with other sellers. It has to be UNBRANED in description for this product, but not Pentair as it was stated. Seller refused to give full refund (refunded only 50%). Contacted Ebay for resolution. Beware of this seller, unless you want to get cheap fake parts for the cost of original.

Customer received the exact item that they ordered. This was verified through images the customer sent us. It is the OEM motor and the correct HP. Buyer changed the reason they wanted to return the item with every message. We contacted eBay and eBay authorized the 50% refund because they verified the item was correct and was returned after being installed and used. Customer used false reasons for return and this is why eBay sided with us and only issued a 50% refund. Beware of this buyer.

Love the seasoning, however 1 of the 2 bottles I bought arrived cracked and broken due to being packaged in a simple plastic bag. Seller was prompt on refunding for the damaged bottle...was a mess when I opened it. Good customer service from the seller.
