This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

    It's okay

    First of all I didn't read the description clear enough as i thought it was a coffee brewer with additional kcup brewer for singles instead it was for hot water for tea etc... After a week of use we noticed When brewing coffee it started making a clicking sound. It stops after the brew is complete.

    Coffee maker does not keep Coffee warm in pot.

    It does not keep coffee warm . Warmer does not work very well. Shuts off. My old Coffee maker is 20 years old and works better. Very disappointed. It looks good and brews good but does not hold up well.
