I have to say that I was very disappointed when the package has arrived, because the product was incomplete and damaged. 43 poles instead of 45 and connectors on 18 poles were cracked. As this was not in the description, I was very frustrated. ON THE OTHER HAND, SELLER TRIED TO BE SUPPORTIVE AFTER MY COMPLAINT AND TRIED TO SOLVE THE SITUATION. I GOT PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT.
