This seller was attempting to defraud potential buyers with the listing. It read about a specific designer from her '18k gold collection' which led me to believe the pin was 18k gold. When I decided to send the pin back because there was no 18k gold mark, the seller became very unpleasant as you can see in his/her messages to me. The seller also threatened legal action against me if I left a negative feedback. And tried to have me banned from eBay (I am not sure what the reason behind that was.

I notified this Buyer twice not to “disparage” my listing and pin by making false allegations in any Feedback about its contents and the pin’s 18K gold mark (as blindingly depicted in a photo uploaded to the listing, which photo she fails to mention). Yet, here she is, as I feared: DELIBERATELY making false allegations about both (1) the pin and (2) my related notices, thus, defaming me and impugning my character. In front of the entire global eBay Community. Please disregard them. Thank you.
