Buying a used zone control is risky considering the labor to install it and the potential to damage the HVAC unit.
The seller was very quick and clear to communicate with and gave me the confidence to buy it. It came well packaged in two days. I installed it and it is working fine at a fraction of the cost of a new upgraded unit. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

accurate description,decent price,prompt shipping,arrived quickly. unfortunately, based on seller's listing pics, in transit it was beat up, it arrived w/a dented&warped edge, ovalized shape, it did not fit in place. packaging was intact, but appears the item's mass &transit handling, the package protection did not protect the steel edges, they fit thru the bubble spacing. return it? ,no a/c &100F, i hoped the electronics survived & bent it back round, installed it. I'm relieved that it worked.
