Cell 4 in one of my batteries fell out of balance and even after manually balancing it still kept falling out of balance rendering the battery useless the seller only responded when getting eBay involved and even after the seller agreeing to a partial refund for the 1 faulty battery they went radio silent and yet again having to get eBay involved to process the refund overall you are far better to spend the few extra bucks to buy literally anywhere else the customer service has been horrible
