Needs to check item before listing and say not working as describe. Forward and reverse switch broken, only goes forward. Had to purchase new switch for $23 dollars and still have to spend time waiting for switch then repairing it . Gave him the option to kick in any money to fix no answer from him so.. I Will PUT AS DESCRIBED. I'm not one for neg feedback but lately everyone is giving a screwing just to make a buck and I'm tired of it !! 27 years on EBAY..
