    I happened to experience a first in my 25 years buying on ebay. The item I had purchased was listed as "New with Tags." Shortly after I paid for the item I received a message from the seller informing me that upon retrieving the garment to prepare for shipping they noticed moth holes. They offered to send photos and/or I may cancel. I chose to cancel with a total refund. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their honesty and excellent business sense. I will buy from this seller again.

    The jacket itself was fine and exactly as advertised. We had no problem with that. The price was fair. All I can say for the packaging is that it worked. My opinion was that the box was too small and the coat was crammed into it. As to shipping time, we ordered two coats from two different vendors within minutes of each other. Both had the exact same estimated shipping date. The other arrived on time, this did not ship until after that date past and I had to email a question about the delay.

    Consumer is not familiar with the handling time per vendor on Ebay. Item bought on Friday evening, and was sent two business days after on Tuesday. Sorry, we are not Amazon.
