It works so well! I am feeling better already.
The quality of the product is top notch! It is so easy to use as it can be set just about anywhere you are hanging out for an hour or two, The do recommend doing it early in the day to set your circulian (sp?) clock. You can also raise and lower the intensity by just touching a spot on the lamp base. It is very portable and easy to store and the electrical plug is very up to code. Love the circadian Lamp
after using this circadian therapy light I feel so much better. I have more energy and am happier. My husband says I am like a new person. I would recommend this lamp for anyone who suffers from SAD. Oddly my symptoms seem to hit when it is close to spring. It is like they bottle up and about mid March I lose all my energy and basically feel like crap. SOOOOO much better now. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Results after 2 or 3 days.
I was experiencing dizzy spells and having a difficult time adjusting to the climate of the high-humidity/ rainfall area we moved to. I had heard of these lights and decided to give it a try. Within 2 or 3 days I noticed remarkable results! I put it off to one side, about 12 inches away, angled toward me, on the couch arm as I do my morning reading, check emails, etc.. About 30 minutes or so.
