I purchased these shoes twice from this seller. The listing indicated the items was new with box and multiple items were available in the size and color I wanted. Both times I received the same defective pair of shoes. I reached out to the seller before purchasing the second time to make sure that I would not receive the same defective pair of shoes that I had returned. Seller did not respond to my emails. I did receive a full refund each time.
