Items do appear unused, but came in separate colored bags, with no instructions or cables, unliked derailiur. No instructions, doesn't seem quite like new, but the shipping was fast. Fast price was reasonable and I'd , but would ask questions. Description was vague, but I knew that going into it so not a slight. I would buy from the seller again.

It took a while to get notification of shipping (a full week), and then I contacted them, but I guess it's a small company. Customer service let me know where it was in process. There was a small flaw in the stringing of the slackline thing, and they just sort of said "yeah, that happens". It's fine though and I really like the product.
