Seller quickly shipped my CFP451C0. Item arrived with a few scuffs & no original packing or instructions. I set it up and tried to brew a cup of coffee, but kept getting an error saying add water. The water tank was full. This continued. I contacted Ninja however, seller is not an authorized dealer so there is no warranty or help available. Seller easily cooperated with a return and provided a return label. I promptly received a refund.
