the headset arrived defective, I’ve tried a lot of solutions just to get it to even play sound or detect that the headset is plugged in, sadly it still doesn’t work
the seller said I had to return the item, even when I showed him that the item doesn’t work. So basically I can’t get a refund, which sucks considering that I had high hopes for this item and I just wanted to talk to my friends on xbox
