I contacted the seller first and they did not really care and offered me a $2 refund on a $38 product. The case I received looked nothing like the case pictured. It was supposed to look metallic and it not metallic at all but an ugly shade of pink. This was meant to be a gift for a friend that loves metallic colours. Would not buy from this seller again.
