When I received this item it did not work correctly. I contacted the seller and was told to return the rewinder BUT I MUST PAY THE SHIPPING; for an item that did not work. It would have been ridiculous for me to repackage the item, drive to the post office, pay postage rates only to receive back about enough to cover the return postage. The seller received full purchase price and I end up with nothing and am out almost $30! What a great business model for the seller. Sell junk you can't lose.
