The NPCs you interact with are greedy, psychotic, and have a morbid sense of humor; in short my kind of scum. They ask you to do them a little favor to progress through the game's storyline. Though linear, I still walk away with a wicked grin on my face. As for the gameplay you start out with looks like an El Camino. After completing so many missions you can swap it in the garage, with a similar theme to the GTA series. Upgrades for your shinning example of dystopian transportation make the game levels more interesting. Seriously, when do you take your car to the garage to ask for the, "20 caliber machine gun upgrade with an aftermarket mine dropper?" One could reflect on this positively as the poor man's guide to making a James Bond car. Mapping is very much the same as GTA or Destroy all Humans, very easy to work with. Graphics may be considered good and are meant for fast, aggresive gameplay. If you're considering this game for a Mad Max experiance, buy it. If you're not sure, rent it first then decide from there. I own a copy if it means anything and still get some laughs with it.Read full review
Wow this is one over the top crazy driving/shooting game in the style of GTA and Twisted Metal, rack up points for killing many different enemies including street gangs, hookers, car gangs, etc. etc. and it is for adults only with the language and of course the rampant killing. it seems to be pretty sandbox like Grand Theft Auto in that you can roam pretty much anywhere. if you like driving and shooting with easy to use responsive controls, you will enjoy this one.
Awesomely SICK game. I would like to see a roadkill 2 come out. Tweak some of the graphix and you have a hit on your hands. I have enjoyed playing it very much. Wish I had more time to goof with it. A 2 player co=op version would be cool. I am sick and tired of all the death and destruction racing games that are 2 or more players are always deathmatch games, capture the flag crap and battle arenas. It all reminds me of the twisted metal 1. A co-op game would be a friggin hit in my book. Hell even make it an on-line game with headsets. Total team cooperation towars one goal. KILL, KILL, KILL.
It’s a fun game and came in working order however to small things were the shipping and handling was late by a couple days and the case was a little sticky on the outside. I do have to stress that these are small and overall it was as wanted

I like PS2 platform games because there are so many choices! RoadKill is a good balance of crashing, race driving and destruction gaming skills to add to any collection...it is fun from the get go!!! I purchase most games to collect as well as play! Fast action play from the time you push the start button...also extremely outrageous!!! Hard to stop until you finish some serious crashing, destruction and racing! *** Not for little kids...Age appropriate.
