This is an honest and professional seller. I bought a device that was shipped on time, perfectly wrapped, but unfortunately it did not work. It look perfect from the outside, I am sure they were not aware it was a faulty device as there was no obvious damage. Even though their policy was not to accept returns, they acknowledged the problem and issued a return. So it was bad luck, I don't blame them, at the end I couldn't use the device but they were correct, will buy from them again.
