Packing material was missing and there was even a sticker on the box showing it had been returned as defective. When I contacted the seller, they told me I was wrong and it was new. I took a picture of the label, clearly showing it was returned to Costco as defective. Also took five days to ship after payment made did not arrive for Mother’s Day
