Really mixed bag on this phone. They replaced all of the outside casing but it feels so cheap because of that. The headphone jack, lightning connector and the 2 pentalobe screws are now sticking out of the iPhone. If I can I’ll return it.

Not a new one, the phone was repaired one and touch function is terrible, so I can not use the phone.

Purchased two iPhone 5s from this seller. One stopped working and would not charge within in two weeks. Contacted the seller and was told she would refund me $20. I paid $50 plus shipping, but I accepted the rectification. Money was never sent, I had to reach out multiple times and they never followed through. “I will pay you now, rate me 5 stars” was sent 2x but nothing. I gave up and moved on. Maybe they wanted their 5 stars first which wasn’t going to happen.
