The item I received was defective. I reached out to the seller and after sending them 8 or 9 pictures they requested of packaging, the box the item came in, the product itself, they issued me a refund. Seller sent a keyboard that looked like brand new, however (see photo), whoever did the actual refurb on this did a terrible job on the NUMBERS KEYS to the right side of the keyboard. There was no #3 key and it had two #9 keys with the #6 key being in the place of the #3 key. Seller was quick to resolve the issue, which was much appreciated. I think this was just a fluke, Seller was probably a victim of his source for this and can't possibly inspect every item before shipping. Trustworthy!
