Product only slightly glows inside the bottle, after 2 weeks exposed to light. It did not glow at all when applied to any surface.

Customer used the polish to paint their remote controls and it is nail polish made for fingernails or toenails. Does not work for anything other than finger or toenails as that is what it was made for by Sally Hansen. Customer was approved to return the item, but they refused and wanted it for free. Sorry I don't offer free items.
