The product was not as advertised. Tried to talk to the seller but the seller would not acknowledge the difference. Can't return it since it was already given to someone as a gift. See uploaded pictures and compare them to the ones seller provided in the listing. The product is supposed to have gray trimming. The one I received has pink. The logo is supposed to be darker... Not the best experience.

Interesting how the buyer only included their own pictures and none of the pics from my listing for comparison. I've sold a dozen of these...all identical and never had a complaint like this from anyone else. This buyer was angry because USPS delivered the item 2 days after their estimated time which was out of my control. She even called eBay to demand she get her money back and keep the item to which eBay told her no.

That is not the item that was sent to you and you know it. That is whatever you pulled out of your garage or basement and then replaced it with the brand new item I sent you. Not sure what you’re trying to accomplish here.

My experience with this seller is one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a buyer on E Bay. The product was Audien Atom Pro 2 that I purchased. What I received was the Audien Atom Pro the box it came in looked like it was not a factory seal. I opened it charged the batterys tryed them on and the right one was not working. And I notice the box doesn't have the sanitizer light in it like the pro 2 advertised. I contacted the seller and the response was not favorable. I requested money .

The most dishonest buyer on eBay. Buyer received exactly was listed and pictured. Claims the item didn’t work out of a factory sealed box and then sent pics of the item after opening it claiming it wasn’t factory sealed. Buyer purchased my item with the only intention of keeping my brand new item to replace her used broken item. The absolute worst kind of eBay buyer. Avoid this buyer at all cost. Buyer has been blocked and reported to eBay for thieir behavior.
