They said yes, but preferred to refund my money during search. After refund and search, They were not able to find the exact button, but replaced all of them and accepted a slightly less price for my trouble. I give then AAA+. I loved the coat and didn't mind so I had her ship it anyway and it arrived here in the States from over the Atlantic SO FAST. And it's a beautiful coat! The damage was very minimal, I'm surprised she even noticed any defects. And she even came forward to explain them and sent pictures, giving me the option to cancel the sale if I wanted.
