I was concerned that the mail carrier had broken the dishes. Neighbors tried to get the box out of the mailbox but it would not budge. We cut open the box to remove the plates and then removed the packing box. Because the seller carefully padded and packed the dishes they were in perfect condition despite the mishandling by the mail carrier.
