The item was exactly as described. The seller had the package to the USPS with in a couple of days but there was a failure with the US Postal service taking 3 weeks to deliver the package. This was not this sellers fault. 100% failure on the USPS.
The seller was gracious enough to offer to send a replacement at no cost to me but the package showed up, Finally.
