Thru no fault of Copper Eagle the Post office lost the item. Copper Eagle sent the item the very next day after my purchase and it made it all the way to my city and then disappeared. They answered every one of my multiple questions promptly and helped with the lost mail search. After 30 days (my suggestion) I did ask for a refund and Copper Eagle immediately sent it. I could ask for a better seller to work with.
