    Used it once so far. Seems well made. I use it to replace a worn out full size grill so I have it set up in a semi-fixed, non-portable configuration. I miss not having a temp gauge; I know they are not particularly accurate but they do provide a point of reference for how hot or not it cooks. I plan to add a temp gauge.

      Stainless steel structure with aluminum rivets-----Mods required to make it last. Read the last couple sentences in review to avoid issues.

      bought 9/27/2023. I just rebuilt this thing after owning it for less than a year in florida. Its stored on a stainless rolling trinity table on my large covered porch. So it sees humidity, but nothing worse. Ok, with that here are the issues. They have a stainless steel structure but used aluminum rivets which degrade from galvanic corrosion(rivets act like tiny sacrificial anodes and just dissolve away). The rails that hold the drip tray were the first to fail. The drip tray and rails were found laying on the table under the unit. The entire bottom also used the same rivets and were found in various states of failure. I bought some short #8 304SS screws/nuts and drilled out all the rivets (5/32 bit, fyi) and replaced them with screws. There are also 4 across the back that hold the rail ...
