The packaging left a crimp or fold in the tubing, making it unusable for me. This was not done in transit but in the packing stage. It appears those packing the tubing rolled it up then folded it, to get it into the envelope, putting crease about every 7 inches. The order was correct and timely but useless . The seller offered a $8 USD refund that I did not accepted. E-Bay refunded the total amount.
