Seller didn t deserve negative feedback for lost or stolen item. eBay faults the USPS, and has issued a refund. Neg. Feedback was out of frustration being told my items were delivered when I interviewed everyone from the Post Office Supervisor to the postal carrier within an hour of delivery notice, and they all claimed no knowledge of the parcel, but the tracking showed it mis dropped to another address. No one was any help until I appealed to the bots at eBay.
