The item arrived a day before. It was packaged well to prevent damage during the shipping. The seller contacted me right away after it was shipped to ensure that I received my package. As stated in the description, it does not come with instructions which I didn't need since I do repairs for a living. This was to repair my little sister's tablet. It was perfect.
