The walking pad arrived early, was delivered to my door. The set up was simple. It weighs about 50 pounds but is moveable by letting the bottom end to roll the opposite end. The “handlebar” seems sturdy. To raise or lower it you have to screw in or remove screws where it attaches to the walking pad. The control buttons are on the bar or a handheld remote. When turned on it starts slowly, and the speed can be adjusted with the controls. When turned off it slows down then stops. I like it!
