The purchase and delivery were positive. The negative, which was not the sellers fault, the up/down switch was put in upside down. Up was down and down was up .Had to remove the plastic head and flip the switch. The operation is very smooth and quiet. Only time now will confirm what I believe was a good choice.

Listed for a really great price + $0 shipping then almost instantly cancels my order with, "We have just informed by our courier, they said that they can't send the item to your address, they have no service in that area now," (see attached photo).
Have seen this same excuse reported in negative feedback from other potential buyers. Appears to be a pattern with this seller. eBay should investigate & ban scammers like this.
I accepted & received an immediate refund. Waste of time.
