    Great features

    Never owned a serger before and now my serger has a permanent working area in my craft room right beside my sewing machine and knitting machines! The directions are easy to follow and threaded on the first attempt. This neat little machine is going to be very busy the next few weeks while I finish my fall projects.     Great machine. Learning curve with threading.

    Great machine but high learning curve related to the threading the machine especially the lower looper. It might have been easier if I were willing to view the DVD but I was too anxious to use it and after about an hour had it right and running beautifully. I am very excited to use it in my Baby Bereavement Project making infant memory products from wedding dresses.

    Only Serger with a Free Arm

    Nice little machine for the money. I bought it for the free arm. It's the only serger I have found with an actual usable free arm for sleeves and other small items and that was my reason for purchasing it. I use my other Serger the most and keep this one for small items that need the free arm.

    Excellent Quality and Beautiful Stitching

    My husband researched and bought my new 14CG754 Singer Serger to replace my beloved 25 year old Singer serger that has traveled many miles with me, even to Central America! To say I was thrilled is an understatement! It arrived within a week, perfectly packaged and I eagerly unpacked and set it up within minutes. It came threaded with multi-color thread (yea!) and stitched out a perfect stitch the very first time! I love the suction cups on the bottom that hold the machine secure, the tension dials are mounted firmly into the machine (which is a definite improvement from my old model), the free arm removed completely rather than fold down which is handy for cuffs and storage and the stitch adjustment for different weight fabrics is a big bonus.
