    Horrible customer service. Listing clearly states "2 Flipeez Hats Green monster BRAND NEW! Also bear flipeez used". The listing reads that this is for 2 green monsters and 1 used bear. I received 1 Green Monster and the used bear. Seller than blamed me stating "did you even read the listing?" No apology for the confusion, not courteous in any way, very rude tone. Refused to allow me to keep the 1 monster for a partial refund, had to return them all. At least I got a refund.

    Definitely the rudest ebayer i have ever come in contact with.She DEMANDED that i send her a second monster hat, even though i only had one for sale. When it was clear she was not happy with the transaction, i offered to refund her money if she sent the items back to me. She then TOLD me that she was going to keep the monster hat, send back the bear hat and TOLD me that i was then to issue her a partial refund. I did not agree to that and again offered to refund if she sent back the items.

    I knew the characters were missing but did not realize the entire bag 1 was missing and so you cannot put it together. It is good for making your own design.
