This product type is hard to find, thank you for producing it. Seller was great and sent product immediately. Drives fit snuggly, but don't lay exactly flat, so it makes aligning the screw holes from the outside of the case to the drive a little tricky. The user guide is not in English, but a translator helped fixed that. I have tried using RAID 1 and disks still show up as a single large disk. It is not clear when the power cable also needs to be plugged in in addition to the USB C data cable.

Item arrived early. Perfectly packed. The instructions were fully in Chinese, but it is a Chinese part from a Chinese company so I'm not mad. Customer service immediately responded and directed me to the English language instructions, (they weren't on the site before my email, and now they are). Haven't been able to install yet, but the part is simple enough that any issues appear to be minimal. Hoping this performa as well as the now discontinued elgato product.
