Unfortunately, despite the super secure packaging, the post office managed to break the figurine. I contacted the seller and was told to keep it and a refund would be issued. Communication was fast and shipping was fast. A great resolution to the problem. I would gladly do business with this seller again.

I purchased the Midnight market Halloween ornaments. They were carefully packaged, arrived quickly, and were in excellent condition. They looked exactly as pictured. The seller responds quickly, is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and would purchase from them again. I wish eBay would lower their shipping costs, it’s no reflection on the seller, but feedback for eBay.

Unfortunately, it is the carriers who designate the shipping costs, not eBay. Actually, there is a discount given when the labels are purchased through the eBay platform. If labels are purchased through the post office directly, the cost would be higher.
