But reading the instructions carefully as they are really simple really made a difference. Easy application and easy storage. The price justifies the longevity of the product also. This product can go quite a way to helping one get over the issues that it aims to assist with. There were absolutely no side effects and it lasted almost two days for me and made a real difference.
