On receiving the item the tights had clearly been removed from the packaging and replaced. I messaged the seller explaining that was the case and the item was described as new. They promptly responded saying that that was unusual and sent out another pair straight away. The sticky label had been peeled back but the tights were still attached to the cardboard as though they hadn't been removed. Ultimately I was happy with the service and swift response to my query.
