The cuff that came with the BP machine was not as good as the replacement. There was a small plastic part that broke off when \I accicently dropped thr machine. This one does not have this small extension and will be much stronger.

I got this to replace my previous cuff because the connector broke. This works perfectly fine. It is rigid so if you have thicker than average arms it may not fit.
