    very good machine

    The machine is definitely not the best one out there but I can rank it pretty high ; specially for the price . No bitter taste here for sure . I like the fact of the pre-soaking of the grinds , gives it an edge and a better mature taste over other brewers . However i prefer a stronger cup myself ( being carribbean ) but its much more satisfactory than most i have tried . Its easy to operate and clean and the only drawback is that it does not grind the beans but that would make it more expensive and if it had that feature i would expect it to brew better too . The fact that you can use regular coffee grains and don't need the expensive ridiculous cups to get a decent single cup is awesome .another nice thing is that if you like your coffee on ice it accounts for dilution by making the ...

    Small Carafe

    No info on actual size of carafe or we missed it, small. Would love a 12 cup carafe. This brews about 4 cups and it is fast and HOT! Not too hot, but a lot of the water goes up in steam and the pot doesn't get filled, about 20 to 25%. No control over how long the warmer stays on.

    A good alternative to the coffeeshop

    Although this item was used, it works perfectly so far. The packing showed that everything had been checked and repacked carefully. The missing recipes are online so no problem there. The frother and water reservoir are easy to clean and use. I also like being able to activate the keep-warm plate more than once per pot. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 is the design of the carafe doesn't allow one's hand inside to clean it. But that same shape also leaves less residue so rinsing is all that's been needed so far. I am generally impressed with the engineering of this Ninja coffeemaker. Oh and one more thing: the coffee tastes great! Glad I bought it. Hope it lasts a long time.

    Versatile coffee maker

    I was looking for a coffee maker that offered a range of uses from one cup brewing to a full carafe. This one gives lots of options, brews great coffee (had adjustments for normal or strong), settings and is very easy to use. The settings take a little time to master but now it's easy.

    Amazing Brew!

    This is an amzing coffee system. You can do so many different kinds of coffee too! The quality of the product is excellent and it is very well made. I must say I am a dedicated Bunn coffee maker...user but next time I may just buy one of these for us! Somehow, the brewing brings out the intense flavor of the coffee, it brews quickly and it is easy to use. The carafe is beautiful but I like getting my hand in there to clean it but I can't with its shape. I just use a wire brush and its fine....not worth quibbling about when you taste the coffee. I like the feature to stop the brew to get a quick cup of coffee! No mess! Unlike most coffee makers...the one cup feature is great too! Like I said, Bunn may just be a thing of the past in our kitchen!
