FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH THE SPEEDOMETER
the tachometer did not work and had to be replaced otherwise it was ok . So don't know if it was really a good value or not? BUT IT DID STOP THE SPEEDOMETER FROM MAKING SUCH A TERRIBLE NOISE.
