    The seller advertised a Kohler Transitional Design grab bar, made in the USA. I ordered a Kohler Transitional Design grab bar. I received a Kohler Traditional Design grab bar in a Kohler grab bar box with a printed label that stated Transitional, made in China. I notified the seller that I had received a Traditional grab bar and requested a prompt refund and postage-prepaid label. The seller repeatedly made false statements about the Traditional grab bar and denied my request. Never again!
