the tracking has been provided to you in 24 hours as promised. we fulfilled our responsibility beautifully & on time, anything beyond this point, it is carrrier's, in this case, it is USPS RESPONSIBILITY, not ours anymore. this negative feedback is unfair to us. ebay decided rule in our favor, also, after 1 & half month later to claim not received the item, it's harder to make claim with USPS. please kindly remove this because we believe you are wrongfully blame us who is not responsible here.
