Though refurbished, the items appears new. The battery has held up amazingly well. I must confess I was not sure how the purchase would go and if the product would live up tp what was described by seller. But after using the headphones for 2 weeks, I am very pleased with the purchase. Item is genuine and in excellent condition. Works with the Bose app. Didn't get the box but everything else appears original.

When I received Bose headphones, I was concerned that they weren't new. I didn't trust the vague idea that these products are new but the original box was opened/is missing. I replaced a set of new headphones that were lost. The eBay headphones I received Mar. 25 feel better than the "new" ones I got from Amazon last year. Bluetooth connection is solid- the headphones look undamaged, clean and new. The one quibble I had was the flimsy-seeming recharger cable. I trust this seller now.
