The seller refunded my full cost and told me to keep the stamp set if it ever showed up. It showed up a full month after I bought it. It took a tour of the U.S. that was mind boggling, but it was being tracked so I could see where it was. Sure, I wish it had gotten here quicker, but none of that was the sellers fault. Thanks!
