    A good book for kids because it addresses a situation common to many children and families about pets in a happy, fun and entertaining way. Plus we learn about the famous author and his life, a surprising bonus!

    Not real Dr Seuss quality

    Several books recently published from his notes but he would no doubt have edited them further had he lived. Pictures are the familiar beloved characters but text disappoints. It just seems - OFF. Not sellers fault, I guess publisher is to blame?

    Shannon, Nana, & Dr. Seuss

    I collected Dr. Seuss books to read to my granddaughter long before she could read, including "One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish". As soon as I heard through different media sources about the wonderful new FIND, "What Pet Should I Get?, I had to order it for her ( and me ). I always was excited when she came over very frequently for us both to enjoy them. As she grew, she would pick the one, or ones she wanted me to read. Then as she learned to read, we took turns reading every other page. Then it got to the point that she would read to me & put her "Nana" to sleep. Such precious memories. The other day when she was spending the weekend with us, I told her that before she left, actually before she drove HERSELF home, I had a surprise for her. We snuggled up together in the same bed, ...

    A brand new Theodore Geisel book after he died! What a gift!

    What a miracle! I really did not expect this book! I loved the story and the artwork. It was a joy to read! I am giving this book to my 4 year old nephew Felix on his birthday. Felix has never read these books. Well it is time to introduce him to the best books of childhood!
