Seller and shipping were good. The bar oil tank leaked before the saw was ever started, the chain brake is ridiculously stiff, and the carb needed some tuning for it to idle, even when warmed up, but for an $80 saw, that is still pretty impressive. If it was a $200 saw it would get two stars with those issues, but honestly for the price, it works better than it should.

I rated the Neotec Top Handle chainsaw as 4 stars because it’s not a Stihl or Echo. I own a Stihl top handle and it’s a great saw, but is worth 3 times the price? No. If you’re planning to use the Neotec saw daily, it probably not for you. But for occasional homeowner type work, I would highly recommend it. I opened the box, assembly was simple and fast. Mixed 25-1 gas using Stihl ultra oil, filled the gas and bar oil tanks, purged the “bubble”. Cranked on third pull, no carb adjustment needed!

For less than $100 this top handle saw was a must buy for me, and exceeded my expectations. I put it together, fueled it with a rough mix of maybe 40 to 1, added some cheap bar and chain oil, and it fired up after 3 pulls. A quick test for it, I fell 2 12” pine trees, bucked em to fire wood. The saw passed my test and I am confident it will work when I need to take up the next tree that i will need to climb. My only needs for the future of the saw is a parts list and diagram. Ty great buy

    This is the cutest little chainsaw I've ever seen. A powerful little engine with the balls of a pit bull. I fueled it up and it started right up. I put corn oil in it for the chain lube, and then after putting a bullet through the head of the wild pig I caught the night before, I went to town on piggy with my new Neotec. It cut like a hot knife through butter. Now the freezer is full of pork and the buzzards are eating the rest. Thanks, Neotek. will order another soon, u know for tree trimming.

    Nope not impressed

    It's a gutless wonder. Won't keep up with the revs when cutting through the log boggs down. And it takes lots of RPMs to move the chain. I'll use it but wished I bought a used Echo

    Neotec Top Handle Saw

    I believe the saw is a great value to cut small branches after a tree is down.. has good RPM and lightweight. So far i have used it for several hours over the course of several days. I believe i will be purchasing a larger CC NeoTec saw later in the year since this one seems to be better than i expected for the price.
